Mr. David Victor the honorary founder – director is a graduate of Bangalore University & a postgraduate in Political Science. Further, he is also a graduate of law.

He has a postgraduate Diploma in Educational Management, with specialization in Student & Child Psychology. He has also completed his postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management with emphasis on social & behavioural processes. He also has to his credit a diploma in leadership from The McGrath Institute of Leadership & Training, patterned on the internationally acclaimed Dale Carnegie Institute, USA. He has been certified by the YMCA as a Peace Educator. Further, he has been trained by the Key Learning Community, Indianapolis, USA in multiple intelligences.

He is also a motivational & inspirational speaker of repute.

He has been associated in various capacities with the Frankfinn Institute of Aviation Training, Aptech, Inquest Foundation & ICFAI University.

 

Ms. Sheela Victor, the Principal, is a certified peace messenger & comes with a rich experience of teaching in various schools for nearly two decades. Besides holding a bachelor’s degree in education, she has been trained in law & is a very empathetic communicator. Further, she has been trained by the Key Learning Community, Indianapolis, USA in multiple intelligences. A trained & certified Montessorian she brings a fresh & practical approach to this pedagogy. She is also professionally trained in Story Telling. Besides this, she is also trained & certified in the learning disability—dyslexia. For her unique ability to relate to her students, her sessions are very eagerly awaited by all right across the spectrum.

Ms. Madhulika Shruthi, the coordinator,is a graduate of Visual Arts with an International Post Graduate Diploma in Commercial Photography. A passionate & trained Photographer,she also has to her credit a Post Graduate Degree in Political Science. Trained & certified in French, Madhulika is an accomplished achiever in Yoga & Chess
